Buyers should be aware that some pre-approval letters aren\u2019t worth the paper they are written on and will only end with the buyer being disappointed and potentially out hundreds of dollars for inspections and appraisals!<\/p>\n<p>Those cloud based lenders should be avoided when possible and a local lender engaged for the loan.
