Dan Gullahorn is a Pensacola, Florida REALTOR®, real estate broker, and Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Pensacola and communities throughout Northwest Florida. Dan has been involved in the real estate industry for more than two decades and has built his career around residential sales, property marketing, negotiation, agent education, and brokerage leadership.

Dan founded CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty in 2004 and has helped buyers and sellers throughout Pensacola, Cantonment, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Molino, Perdido Key, Escambia County, and Santa Rosa County. His experience includes residential real estate, relocation, investment property, commercial real estate, and helping homeowners develop effective strategies for pricing and marketing their properties.

In addition to working directly with buyers and sellers, Dan is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor and continuing-education provider. He has taught real estate professionals on subjects including Florida real estate law, REALTOR® ethics, contracts, negotiation, marketing, prospecting, and professional standards.

Dan's professional leadership has included serving as President of the Pensacola Association of REALTORS® in 2020, Secretary-Treasurer of the association, MLS Committee Chair, and multiple terms on the Pensacola Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. He has also served on the Florida Realtors® Board of Directors and previously served a one-year term on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

In 2009, Dan was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year by the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®. He also served on the CENTURY 21 National Broker Congress from 2010 through 2014.
